If you're looking for a fake Irish bar, go to Ryan's Daughter in Belvedere Square. At least the food is better and the scenery more believable.

Your typical mock-mick bar with typical beer and typical food. I'm sure its different for the area, but there are at least a half dozen in the area, all really not worth checking out.

The place is nice overall, but I must admit that I wasn't very impresed with their beer offerings. Sure, they've got the usual: Harp, Bass, and the Big G, but nothing that you really don't see lots of places. I might stop by for an occasional Murphy's Stout, but that's probably it. Obviously is one of those prefab Irish pubs-in-a-box that seem to be springing up everywhere. But if you like the typical British/Irish draughts--go for it!

This pub looks AMAZING and I was impressed with them having live music Tuesday through Saturday.
However, I was shocked when the person who answered the phone said "we don't really ever have Irish music here"
STRANGE. Anybody know why???

I've had considerable problems with the over-30 bartenders. I had one give me my tip back, telling me to keep it because it wasn't big enough. Just tonight, in the patio bar, the bartender IN THIS IRISH PUB told me he didn't serve Guiness. He was too lazy to walk (30 feet) to the main bar and pull me a Guiness. I've grown tired of the poor attitude of the bartenders in this otherwise fantastic Irish pub.

I used to be skeptical about going to the Stil because of the crowd that goes there. I am only 23 years old, and alot of the crowd is alittle older than I am. But now, after frequenting the Stil for awhile, I've found that everyone there is very friendly and outgoing. The service has always been one thing that has stuck out in my mind. All of the servers have provided excellent service. If anyone is looking for a new place to hang, The Stil is my #1 recommendation!

I really do like this bar alot. It is the perfect place to stop and have a beer and a bite to eat. the food and the atmosphere are great. my only complaint is that the beer selection is somewhat limited to the everyday imports and domestics.
